really good experience
comfortable beds excellent options
the hotel has a great location. it is near tourist spots with access to public transport. the room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. breakfast included excellent options. the staff was attentive, especially at the reception area, and were ready to help with any requests.

the reception and concierge teams provide a very warm welcome. they are professional, efficient, and always ready to assist with any needs or requests. i found the attentiveness to be consistently high .

the hotel offers a sweeping theatrical staircase with beautiful chandeliers. displays are present and reflect its wartime history. there's convenient access to a nearby tube station. the hotel has a beautiful atmosphere!

extra large towels happy hour hotel history westminster abbey
the room offered extra large towels and was very clean. complimentary happy hour was a fun experience. mark shared interesting hotel history with me. the hotel is located five minutes from westminster abbey.
the elevator was very slow and i had to wait for some time.

I tasted magic dishes from chef john kouphou. Chef annada sankar das, nahid from fb, isabela and joana from terrace jummy served me. chef maria sanduleac demonstrated dedication. the food was delicious!

i appreciated the perfect cleanliness of the family room. turn down service each evening was a nice touch. i also found the coffee machine convenient for early mornings.
i noticed the television lacked diverse language options.
